'Polar Bear Dip'

The 'Dip' is normally held in the open ocean outside the breakwater.  Because of the dangerous surf conditions caused by high winds, the 'Dip' was held in the boat basin.  The air temperature was -3 °C and the wind was 35 Km/hr with a wind chill of -11 °C.
