About These Photos

If any of the competitors want a free digital file of the photo showing their car, just email me.  Unfortunately, I don't have a super-telephoto lens, so all of  the head-on shots are extreme crops from much larger photos.  This means that I don't have higher resolution versions of any of the head-on shots.  What you see on this page is as good as it gets for the head-on images.  :(    I don't normally display blurry and out of focus images but for TARGA,  I thought it was better to show as many cars as possible, even if some of the images are not what I would call really good photos.  Incidentally, I took these pictures from a permitted viewing area.. I was using a telephoto lens so it looks as though I was standing in a red-tape restricted zone.  I was not.  The images are shown in the order in which they were taken (left to right, top to bottom.)
