Kodak 'Realist 45' camera (Serial No. 351865)

About My 3D Equipment & Images

This camera shown above was made in Germany for Realist Inc. of Milwaukee, Wisconson. I have used it for taking a few of my stereo photos. It originally belonged to my uncle, Terry Will Brown, and was subsequently given to me by my mother, Terry's sister, after his death. Terry took his photographs on Kodachrome slide film, although I now use colour print film, such as Kodacolor Max, and scan the negatives. I also have Terry's "Stereo Vivid Deluxe" 3-D slide projector and his polarizing glasses, as well as hundreds of his 3-D slides.

I also use dSLR and iPhone cameras for taking 3D photos. These require two seperate exposures in order to get the images required for making a strereo pair.
